CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on a wait-list. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged for 20% of your scheduled service.
